IMPORTANT: We are not a law firm, not immigration advisers, and not regulated by the OISC or any legal authority.

2. What We Do (and Do Not Do)

VisaEvo is software only.

We:

• Provide tools, templates, checklists, and document organisation features
• Display publicly available information sourced from official government websites

We do NOT:

• Provide immigration or legal advice
• Assess your eligibility or chances of success
• Tell you what answers to give
• Review or approve your application
• Submit applications on your behalf
• Represent you to any government authority

You are solely responsible for your application, answers, documents, and submissions.

3. No Legal Advice Disclaimer

All content provided by VisaEvo is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes legal advice, immigration advice, or professional advice.

You should consult a qualified immigration lawyer or OISC‑registered adviser if you require professional advice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You are responsible for verifying all information before submission
• You are responsible for complying with immigration rules
• You are responsible for your application outcome
• You will not rely on VisaEvo as a substitute for professional advice

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

If you purchase a paid plan:

• Fees are billed in advance
• Fees are non‑refundable unless required by law
• You may cancel at any time, which stops future billing

7. Intellectual Property

All software, templates, designs, and content are owned by VisaEvo or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any visa refusal, delay, rejection, or loss
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months

9. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
